Key Responsibilities:

  • Trusted Advisor: As a trusted advisor, you’ll own client relationships across various paid media channels and beyond, overseeing every aspect of campaign creation and delivery.
  • Media Strategy: Develop and assess media plans and delivery forecasts across all channels, ensuring optimum results.
  • Data Mastery: Demonstrate a solid grasp of client data and CRM, as well as data from partners, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of the data landscape.
  • Effective Communication: Coordinate the creation and delivery of client-facing presentations, working closely with digital ad operatives and ad operations platforms to deliver compelling messages.
  • Client Education: Provide clients with expert knowledge, keeping them informed about industry changes, new solutions, and services.
  • Adaptability: Be prepared to adapt and manage a variety of briefs efficiently, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Leadership: Lead and support channel specialists in translating communication strategies into effective plans and executions.
  • Business Growth: Actively engage in new business development, playing a vital role in expanding our client portfolio.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Monitor the commercial value of our clients to the agency, offering monthly and yearly revenue forecasts, and seize opportunities to upsell relevant services and channels.
  • Industry Expertise: Keep the agency well-versed in clients’ sectors and market trends, solidifying our position as industry experts.
