As Conversion Optimisation Manager, you will be responsible for building and implementing a CRO strategy to increase ROI. You will play an integral part in increasing order value and monitoring KPIs, while making data driven decisions.
Self-drive, a process orientated mindset and a great attitude towards learning on the job are essential for this role as you will be encouraged to implement new ideas and suggestions. Each week will be different within the company so being resilient, data driven and highly organised are important.
– +3 years experience in conversion optimisation or growth marketing
– Experience in planning and managing projects end-to-end
– Highly organised “doer”, keen to take initiative and execute
– Data driven and process orientated mindset
– Sense of humour and a friendly personality is a must.
