As they continue to grow, they are looking for an Insight Manager to join a high-performing team delivering impactful, data-driven insights across international markets.

The Opportunity

This is a key role within a collaborative and fast-paced insights team, where you will lead and deliver research projects that directly influence client strategy and business decisions.

You will work across multiple markets, partnering with internal teams and clients to uncover meaningful insights and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of market research and insight projects across international markets
  • Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights that drive business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to deliver seamless project execution
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes, tools, and ways of working

About You

  • Experience in market research, insights, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong ability to interpret data and tell a clear, engaging story
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Naturally curious, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience working with consumer brands or within a consultancy environment is advantageous
