The Organisation

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Process Improvement Manager to join a world leading consumer goods company (in their field) based in Oxford. Due to growth in the business the opportunity for a Process Improvement Manager has come about, it is a great opportunity for someone who wants a develop their career and step into management!

The Role

This role will have full responsibility for the design and implementation of process improvement strategies within the business in order to reduce waste through business analysis . This is a management role however no management experience is required!

Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of business transformation within multiple departments in supply chain
  • Project management within the inventory department, identifying and initiating projects in order to reduce waste and improve processes
  • Work collaboratively with multiple teams and suppliers in the business to ensure business change and better efficiency within the wider business and supply chain.
  • Analysis of business data to drive improvements throughout the supply chain

The Person

  • Experience of working in a Supply Chain environment.
  • Project management/business analysis
  • Analytical skills essential
  • Must have strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
