We’re recruiting an entrepreneurially minded Business Development Manager for a high-growth, tech AI start-up transforming that helps global brands and creative agencies. They are well on track to hit their revenue targets for the year, and expanding globally.
The Role
- 60% new business acquisition (prospecting, demos, pilots, closing)
- 40% account expansion within existing clients
- Own commercial conversations end-to-end
- Partner closely with Customer Success on growth strategy
- Maintain pipeline, forecasting and revenue reporting
About You
- 3+ years in sales / business development / commercial roles
- Experience selling to brands, creative, design or research teams
- Strong closer with excellent relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable and target-driven
- Highly organised and commercially sharp
