On Trade Business Development Executive for one of the market leaders in the drinks industry. Maximising availability, visibility and ROS to targeted On Trade customers for company’s strategic brands within a designated post code territory.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. They should be bold and agile, courageous even in the face of complex situations and always learns from past experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Gain new listing across the portfolio to increase distribution
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Maximise visibility to increase brand awareness
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyse market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with experience in the sales industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
