Are you an experienced Junior Brand Manager ready for a step up in your career? Or maybe you’re an existing Brand Manager who is frustrated by the limitations in your current role?
As a Brand Manager you will be responsible for building, leading and implementing annual and long-term brand plans for three iconic household brands. You will develop a pipeline of innovations, renovations, and extensions for the brands portfolio, getting involved in packaging, building and launching media plans and developing recipes in collaboration with cross functional teams. You will create the communication plan for the largest of the 3 brands in the portfolio which will include PR plans, advertising and digital.
This role reports into a high flying and experienced Senior Brand Manager who has supported the two predecessors of this role with their progression into more senior positions. This line manager is a great coach and known internally as being a strong leader.

As a Brand Manager, we are looking for a high performing Junior Brand Manager or an existing Brand Manager who may be lacking something in terms of development, engagement, or culture in their existing business. You will be eager to learn, develop, and push yourself out of your comfort zone. You will have previous FMCG marketing experience and a solid understanding of the full marketing mox.
French speakers are desirable!
Salary: c.£40,000 + 10% bonus + car allowance + other benefits
Location: Based from home initially but ultimately at the Surrey-based HQ part of the time with the option to work flexi-hours.
