The Role:
As Brand Manager, you’ll take ownership of one of the company’s most loved and high-profile brands. Your focus will be on delivering brand growth through strategic marketing plans, brand positioning, and expansion into new markets via licensing opportunities.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans aligned with business goals, managing the brand budget and P&L, and supporting the UK strategy through innovation and media planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UK brand strategy and bring new product development (NPD) to market

  • Manage brand performance analysis and deliver actionable insights

  • Oversee packaging development and artwork processes

  • Drive licensing opportunities in new markets

  • Manage brand media strategy in collaboration with agency partners

  • Own the brand P&L and marketing budget

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Innovation, and Supply Chain

About You:

  • 2+ years of brand marketing experience within FMCG (experience in the food sector is a plus)

  • Comfortable analysing market data from Nielsen, Kantar or IRI

  • Strong communication skills and confident working with stakeholders at all levels

  • Highly organised with strong project management skills

  • Proven track record of delivering results on FMCG brands

  • Passionate about brand building and consumer engagement
