Brand Manager – Central London (Hybrid)
Beverage Brand
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-established, high-impact Brand Manager role within a fast-growing international FMCG business. The brand is scaling rapidly across global markets, with the EMEA team expanding as responsibilities transition from the UK structure -creating a prime moment to join and make your mark.
If you’re someone who loves ownership, thrives in a hands-on environment and wants real influence over how a brand shows up across the UK, this role will suit you perfectly.
The Role
This is a UK-focused Brand Manager position where you’ll take the lead on executing the brand plan, managing a significant marketing budget and driving standout activity across the year.
You will:
- Lead execution of the UK brand plan – the strategy for next year is built, so your early focus will be bringing this to life across key seasons.
- Manage 7-figure UK marketing budget
- Deliver high-quality, insight-led campaign activity across digital, partnerships, ATL, sampling and experiential.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive, 360 activation.
- Feed into future planning cycles, owning the development of the following year’s brand plan once embedded.
- Support UK execution while collaborating with the newly developing EMEA team as responsibilities transition.
- Manage and mentor an Assistant Brand Manager, helping them develop and grow.
- Champion consistent brand execution across the UK market, ensuring activity aligns with strategy and guidelines.
- Own seasonal planning, budget phasing and performance tracking.
What They’re Looking For
- Ideally an established Brand Manager within FMCG (open to a strong ABM ready for the step up).
- Someone who genuinely enjoys being hands-on and close to execution — this is not a “desk strategy” role.
- Proven experience managing budgets and delivering integrated campaigns.
- Confident project manager who can balance multiple priorities with pace.
- Strong communicator capable of influencing internally and supporting junior talent.
- Passionate about brand building and eager to take real ownership.
