Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Surrey
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 + Bonus
My client is looking for a driven Customer service Coordinator to join their leading FMCG ingredients business. As their Customer Service Coordinator, you will be working as the main point of call for all customers and suppliers needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all customers and clients, offering advice and assistance with their orders.
- Processing all customer orders
- Closely work with other departments to maintain a high standard of service and advice.
- Manage stock levels and proactively address any issues.
- Providing excellent communication via email and phone calls with Internal and External customers/ colleagues
About You:
- Proven background in Customer Service or Order Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with ERP systems is preferred
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- A motivated quick learner who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- A can-do attitude
