Position Overview
As a Retail Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our client’s retail and distributor partnerships globally. You will be the primary liaison between the company and its trade partners, cultivating strong relationships and driving sales growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic and purpose-driven wellness brand.

Responsibilities
· Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its retail and distributor partners globally
· Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential trade partners
· Provide timely and responsive support to key accounts
· Collaborate with the Retail Team to achieve sales targets
· Manage travel retail expansion, including merchandising strategies, staff training, market analysis, and logistics
· Develop and execute tailored promotional campaigns and activation’s for key accounts
· Plan promotional calendars in collaboration with retailers
· Deliver impactful in-store activation’s and support new store openings, counter launches, and special events
· Monitor and ensure the correct implementation of new listings, promotions, and online presence
· Manage all in-store marketing materials and liaise with designers
· Standardize marketing proposals and sales decks
· Educate and up-skill retailer staff on the brand and products
· Oversee order processing and fulfillment for key accounts
· Address any order discrepancies or fulfillment issues
· Manage new partner on-boarding, overseeing product listings, and providing standardized assets and product information

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
· 3-5+ years of experience in account management and/or sales within consumer goods, wellness, or retail industries
· Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in CRM tools and account management systems
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Knowledge of the retail and travel retail industries is a plus
· Multilingual proficiency is advantageous
· Entrepreneurial mindset with a detail-oriented and proactive approach
