To help continue their growth, they’re seeking a growth-led Account Manager to lead activation of their product, and bright delight to their customers!

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Own customer account activation and management, establishing strong, lasting relationships
  • Strategise for account growth and increased platform engagement, identifying and executing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs, providing regular updates, and addressing feedback
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to drive innovation and enhance client experience
  • Proactively maintain account health, educate clients on platform features, and advocate for their needs internally
  • Analyze and report on account performance, identifying areas for improvement

What Experience You Have

  • Experience in an account management or sales growth role, working with consumer brands, scalable software or operationally complex products
  • You have strong experience with building strong customer relationships that lead to account activation and customer retention
  • You are highly curious and data-driven – you can manage many complex parts of the sales process, providing numerical updates to stakeholders
  • You are highly resourceful and executional, happy to roll up your sleeves to get any job done
  • Lead generation in a growing startup experience preferred
  • B2B Marketplace experience preferred
  • Experience in the food/consumer goods industry with brands and suppliers ideal
