Are you a motivated Supply Chain Administrator looking for an exciting opportunity?
Our client, a leading global cosmetics brand, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their growing Supply Chain team. This role offers the chance to be part of a close-knit team of five, managing all end to end supply & logistics procedures.
Position: Supply Chain Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
• Management of all purchase orders for the brand
• Schedule deliveries from warehouses to clients – keeping all parties updated
• Generate internal invoices for the business
• Provide support to the wider Supply Chain and Project Management team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing departments
About You:
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong administrative skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Degree-level education
• Excellent team player
• Highly motivated and driven
Preferred Additional Skills:
• Experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
• Knowledge of SAP
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus!!
Salary: £25,000-£27,000
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days from home)
