My client, an award winning British food manufacturer is looking for an L&D Manager to bolster their workforce’ learning activities.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver tailored training programs for production, safety, and quality control.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address skill gaps.
- Managing a team of 3 direct reports.
- Utilize a digital LMS in the learning and development activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or related field.
- Proven L&D Manager experience in food manufacturing or other manufacturing FMCG.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Excellent team leadership track record.
This role is paying up to £55k and conducted hybrid (3days/week from their office in North London).
