Covering 10 markets across Europe, this role will have full P&L responsibility for Amazon, D2C and a range of other pureplay customers. Omnichannel eCommerce sits elsewhere, but you’ll still be closely involved with advising on eCommerce strategy for those channel teams.
eCommerce is a huge commercial driver for the business, with a target in this role of increasing revenue by 4x over the next 2 years, whilst using D2C in order to get closer to customers and leverage data to drive LTV across all channels.
Leading a team of 15 with 3 direct reports, this is a role that requires a track record & passion for developing people. The business are looking for someone who has managed large teams and can demonstrate examples of building future leaders within a business.
Knowledge of Amazon is key, and ideally you’ll have experience with D2C as well.
This is based in Amsterdam with regular travel across Europe, a base salary in the region of €120k + strong benefits package.
