A venture capital backed FMCG brand who have gone from strength to strength over the past few years, seeing strong growth across D2C and retail.
Operating in the wellness & nutrition space, the brand have been operating for over 6 years and thanks to recent investment from one of the UK’s leading consumer VCs, have managed to really accelerate growth over the past 2 years.
As part of this continued growth, they’re launching new D2C sites in new markets and undergoing a complete theme rebuild of their existing D2C site. These will be 2 key projects for the Digital Product Manager to pick up and own.
This hire will be the first Product Manager they’ve had in-house – so far everything has been managed between the Head of eCommerce and agencies.
You will own the strategy and execution of the product roadmap, working closely with UX designers and external developers as well as the Head of eCommerce and existing performance marketing team + agency.
The unit economics of the business are strong, but they are keen to drive their number of subscriptions so a key part of this role will be testing new products & functionality to enable this.
Previous experience in a subscription based consumer business is essential.
This will be in the office 1-2 days a week, with a top end salary of £60k.
