The Role:
You will be responsible for managing all on trade customer marketing and will lead activation plans to grow the business across key on trade customers. The role is fast paced and varied and requires someone to work efficiently and collaboratively in order to achieve finessing and selling in campaigns, delivering brilliant executions, building a year long on trade marketing plan, working cross functionally with sales and brand marketing teams all whilst staying within marketing budget.
Responsibilities:
- Build year long On Trade marketing plan in live with business strategy
- Represent the brand across the on trade scene and deliver the on trade customer marketing agenda in the channel
- Work cross functionally with the commercial teams
- Collaborate with partners and customers to land disruptive plans to beat out the competition
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure returns on spend whilst making recommendations for the future
Required Experience:
- Enthusiastic can do attitude
- Ability to thrive on autonomous environment
- Experience working in customer/trade marketing with success of turning consumer trends into brand activation plans
- Understanding on the UK On Trade landscape
- Experience working with on trade customers in the drinks industry
