CRM Manager (Automotive)
My client, a well established, multi-national automotive manufacturer are looking for an interim CRM manager to join their team!
This is an FTC of 12 months with possibility to renew or turns into permanent role
You will have the opportunity to spearhead the CRM development of their soon-to-be released ecommerce platform and had full ownership of their CRM strategy along with the chance to contribute with their big product launch later on this year.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and develop an agile CRM engagement program
- Lead the CRM transition
- Working together with the team to create customer lifetime marketing framework
What you have:
- Experienced in developing CRM strategy from scratch
- Experienced in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proven track record of improving retention via CRM
This is a Hybrid role, with 2-3 days of working in their HQ in Bracknell and early finish on Friday.
