If you feel like 2023 is the year for you to take on a meaningful challenge with a purpose-driven brand, using your performance marketing & growth hacking skills to help them scale, look no further!

The business are at early stage (seed) but with some exciting plans for 2023, not least launching in some major UK retailers (currently they are 100% D2C).

They operate in the health & wellness space and are disrupting a category that is dominated by one of the big CPG players. Their dominance has led to a tired category with an out-of-date narrative that isn’t fit for purpose for a more conscious shopper.

Having raised money from some significant VCs in the consumer space, they’re hiring across the board and looking for an experienced Head of Growth to lead and grow a digital & growth function.

To being with it might just be you, so you’ll need to be comfortable being hands on and very much in the ‘growth hacking’ phase. As the year progresses, you’ll have built out a team and so become more focused on strategy for growth across all channels, but without losing the hands on, ‘at the coalface’ approach required to scale an early stage brand.

Experience running & testing Meta campaigns for a high-growth consumer brand is essential for this role – the product comes up against some relatively strict advertising guidelines so understanding how to work closely with Meta on troubleshooting is crucial.

Salary is probably a top end of £100k + equity.
