I am supporting a global leader in the Sauces, Spices, Seasoning, and flavours marke and value sustainability, ensuring all aspects of production and packaging to help prevent more damage to our planet is now seeking 2 experienced FMCG marketers to join as Brand Managers within the Innovation team and the EMEA marketing team.  This is a business that is well established and recognised globally and recently rewarded at the COP26 conference for developing sustainable solutions across all parts of production to help protect our planet. 

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is looking to take more ownership of their role and work on massive projects within an established brand. 

The Role:
The Brand Manager will deliver on the company’s number one brand and will play a key part in the launch of their re-design, including developing packaging, product development and managing the portfolio analysis.

This is a product development lead role, so there will be some exciting NPD projects in the pipeline that this assistant brand manager will get involved in and subsequently manage [this will be a real category disruptor!.

This role reports into a high flying and experienced Senior Brand Manager who has supported the two predecessors of this role with their progression into more senior positions. This line manager is a great coach and known internally as being a strong leader.

The Person:
For this assistant brand manager we are looking for a high performing  marketing executive or existing ABM who may be lacking something in terms of development, engagement or culture in their existing business. You will be eager to learn, lead, develop and push yourself out of your comfort zone. This is a challenging category to be in so if you are looking for an easy life where the brand takes care of itself this is not the role for you.
