My client is a global consumer brand within the FMCG industry who is looking to expand their Marketing team and hire an experienced Brand Manager. The successful marketer will be responsible in leading the development and delivery of strategic projects (Innovations, Renovations & Brand ) and P&L Management to help the business drive growth for their key markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Category Plan’s execution, and foster strong working relationships and influence cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Coach marketing team to ensure critical projects are delivered on time and against key metrics
- Develop and lead the Regional Brand Strategy
- Understanding and championing the voice of the consumer
- Building brand passion and pride, both internally and externally
- Supporting the delivery of the annual brand plans to the business
- Leading on budget management
- Supporting the commercial team on delivering compelling retailer category plans.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of leading Consumer Marketing at a local regional or global level within the FMCG
- Degree or equivalent
- Strong leadership skills in stakeholder management and strategic influencing across the organization, across boundaries, cultures, and languages
- Excellent communication, influencing, analytical, P&L/budget management, commercial in orientation, and able motivated to increase profit.
