The Organisation:

My client is a Global SME FMCG company based in West London who have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team. This individual role is to assist B2B customers’ needs, develop and continue to maintain excellent relationships with the company’s suppliers and distributors and also manage inventory/reporting processes for their customers.  

Role:

The key purpose of the Customer Supply Chain Coordinator is to manage the sales planning process for their B2B customers as well as forecast stock holding against trends and sales reports. Also, you will be offering professional assistance to all of their B2B clients. 

  • Management of the sales forecasting/creating sales reports for the team 
  • Inventory control and stock holding forecasting
  • Management of incoming customers enquires and complaints and maintain a fast turnover time for these enquires. 
  • Maintain great relationships with clients and suppliers through email and telephone.
  • Correspond with other departments to guarantee excellent customer service is being provided.

The Person:

This role requires exceptional communication skills to ensure that the communication with not only the customers but other teams within the business remain effective. In addition, the person must possess strong analytical skills and have previous experience within stock management or sales forecasting.

Essential Experience:

  • Sales forecasting/planning
  • Stock reporting/analysis 
  • Excellent excel skills – Dashboards/Pivot/Vlookups
  • Experience within a customer service role
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and organised individual.
