CRM Manager – Consumer Electronics
My client is a super high growth D2C brand in consumer electronics. After a sustained period of growth, they are looking for an experienced CRM manager to join their team.
The role is a good fit for someone from a D2C eCommerce background. The role will centre around increasing customer loyalty and retention, improving customer lifetime value. You will have the opportunity to look after two D2C sites – improving on and helping them grow where possible.
As a CRM manager you will:
- Be highly analytical
- Be comfortable on a state-of-the-art data platform
- Be able to provide actionable insights as well as monitor and analyse customer behaviour
- Have experience in eCommerce
The role will require 2-3 days in their West London office a week
Salary: up to £45k
