Ecommerce Operations Coordinator

This established and boutique FMCG business are looking for an Ecommerce Operations Coordinator to join their business and grow with their Ecommerce fulfilment side of the business.
 
The Business
 
This award winning FMCG business are well known for their unique and well sough after products. They operate across various channels both in the UK and Internationally. They’ve continued to grow Y-O-Y and this role is newly created to fit with their growth plans.
 
The Role
 
You will be in charge of managing the end-to-end order for their Ecommerce orders, which includes a number of online stores and warehouses. Working cross-functionally is key in this role as you’ll have various internal stakeholder relationships.
 
Responsibilities include:

• Managing inventory for the online stores and warehouses.
• Order management and ensure orders are met and fulfilled OTIF.
• Analysing Ecomm data to ensure alignment between website and inventory.
• Checking stock to see if it’s aligned with forecasts and report any discrepancies.

 
The Person
 

• Experience of working in an Operational role within an Ecommerce business essential.
• Inventory and order management experience.
• Proven experience of ERP and WMS systems.
• Communication skills are essential for managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Analytical mindset and reporting skills.
