NPD Project Manager – 12 Month Contract

I have partnered with a growing leader in the drinks industry, seeking an experienced NPD Project Manager to lead new product development and commercialisation projects within a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple NPD and commercialisation projects from concept through to launch.
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Technical, Supply Chain and Operations.
- Manage risks, resolve issues and ensure projects remain on track.
- Lead project meetings and provide clear updates to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure projects progress through the required approval and governance stages.
- Use project data and reporting to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously improve project management processes and ways of working.
Experience
- Experience in NPD, project management or commercialisation, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods or another fast-paced industry.
- Proven experience managing projects from planning through to launch.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using Excel and project management systems.
- A commercially minded, proactive and resilient approach.
- The confidence to challenge stakeholders, solve problems and keep projects moving.
