Role: Demand Planner
Location: London Area
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
Set-up: Hybrid
An opportunity has arisen for a Demand Planner to join an international business. This role is responsible for managing and improving demand forecasts to support effective supply chain planning. The position involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure demand signals are accurately captured, analysed, and reflected in planning systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyse, and maintain demand forecasts
- Monitor demand trends and identify inventory risks
- Proactively highlight significant changes in demand and recommend appropriate actions
- Maintain and update forecasting data within planning systems to support operational decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
- Identify potential stock risks and work with relevant stakeholders to mitigate supply issues
- Contribute to planning cycles, including regular review meetings and performance tracking
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a similar analytical supply chain role
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Confident communicator with experience working across teams
- Solid Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Understanding of integrated business planning or sales and operations planning processes
- Experience using ERP Planning systems would be preferential
