We are partnering with a high growth insights and solution provider that works with many of the world’s most recognised FMCG and CPG brands, that helps clients influence consumer decisions.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Director of Customer Success to lead a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts and play a key role in driving commercial performance across the UK and wider business.
This is a senior, client-facing leadership opportunity suited to someone who thrives in complex stakeholder environments and enjoys shaping commercially impactful solutions for major consumer brands.
The Role:
As Director of Customer Success, you will take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts generating approximately $1m–$2m in annual revenue. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent value delivery, identifying growth opportunities, and building long-term strategic partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing senior client relationships across major FMCG/CPG organisations
- Creating and executing strategic account plans to drive retention and incremental revenue growth
- Maintaining a strong proposal pipeline (c.$500k+) through proactive opportunity identification
- Expanding client engagement across a suite of research and insight solutions (quantitative, qualitative, and AI-enabled methodologies)
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to commercial targets
- Producing accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on shopper insight, research strategy, and performance
- Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, insight-led outputs
- Contributing to broader business KPIs and strategic initiatives
This is more than a traditional account management role—it is a strategic commercial leadership position with direct influence on business growth and client impact.
You will bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in market research, insights, customer success, or a related client-facing commercial role
- A strong track record of managing complex, high-value client relationships with measurable revenue responsibility
- Solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies (exposure to AI-enabled approaches advantageous)
- Experience leading collaborative teams to deliver high-quality client projects
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategy and execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
- A proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset
