We’re working with one of our global FMCG clients to recruit a Senior IT Integration Analyst to join their European IT function. This role sits at the centre of supply chain, SAP and enterprise integrations, supporting a complex and evolving systems landscape across factories, warehouses and third-party partners.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring integrations are stable, scalable and compliant, while working closely with SAP teams, business stakeholders and external providers across Europe and the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the bridge between technical integration teams and SAP business analysts
  • Support and enhance integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Own and document integration solutions across supply chain technologies
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and support compliance initiatives
  • Support solution design, UAT and end-user training
  • Ensure integrations meet regulatory and corporate compliance standards, including SAP GRC
  • Provide ongoing troubleshooting and support to minimise disruption to operations
  • Collaborate closely with factory and warehouse teams on SAP and operational systems
  • Manage change requests with system providers and support partners

Requirements:

  • 5–10+ years’ experience in IT integration within a supply chain environment
  • FMCG experience strongly preferred
  • Strong experience with SAP integration and enterprise systems
  • Solid understanding of EDI standards and tools (e.g. EDIFACT, ANSI X12, Tradacoms)
  • Experience with communication methods such as FTP/SFTP, AS2, VAN
  • Exposure to non-SAP technologies (e.g. warehouse systems, MES)
  • Experience working in global environments with distributed stakeholders
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management tools (ServiceNow beneficial)
  • Experience with SAP BTP, SAP GRC, S/4HANA, Azure advantageous
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
