The Account Manager plays a pivotal role within our client’s business, sitting at the centre of long-term client partnerships. Acting as the primary point of contact, this role translates brand objectives into high-performing campaigns, uncovers opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts, and ensures seamless delivery through close collaboration with internal teams. This is a highly visible role with real influence across the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, building trusted relationships through proactive, value-led communication.
- Identify and deliver revenue growth opportunities by increasing client spend, improving performance, and developing longer-term partnership models.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery and optimisation of campaigns to maximise engagement and redemption.
- Act as the voice of the client internally, ensuring objectives are clearly understood and delivered across teams.
- Maintain strong commercial discipline by ensuring contracts are in place, invoices are accurate, and payments are collected within agreed terms.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, sales, and product teams, contributing to business initiatives and feeding client insights into ongoing innovation.
Requirements
- Experience in account management, client success, or a commercial-facing role.
- A track record of growing revenue within existing client relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Confident, clear communicator able to build credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of campaign performance and financial processes.
