Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing digital commerce team within a rapidly expanding division. You’ll play a key role as the operational bridge between major online marketplaces and internal brand teams. Working alongside the Senior Marketplace Manager, you’ll manage day-to-day marketplace operations, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and support commercial activities that directly impact sales performance and customer experience across key digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Amazon operations including chargebacks, discrepancy reconciliation, and prepare detailed performance reports
  • Execute Zalando operations by managing inventory, coordinating warehouse shipments, and supporting merchandising activities
  • Take full ownership of Stadium marketplace operations, managing content, merchandising and liaising with internal teams
  • Optimize presence on Amazon by coordinating product listings, campaigns and performance tracking
  • Execute ISP programme activities, working with Sales Managers and Legal to ensure full compliance
  • Support the finance team in resolving operational discrepancies and ensuring accurate financial reporting
  • Prepare operational and sales data reports, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product and Legal teams to ensure seamless marketplace execution

Requirements

Essential skills and experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in eCommerce, marketplaces or digital retail operations
  • Strong working knowledge of online marketplaces such as Amazon, Zalando or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets with strong reporting capabilities
  • Experience in inventory control, order management or operational support in digital or retail environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor or Seller Central platforms
  • Basic understanding of marketing and content management for eCommerce platforms
  • Experience in sports, apparel or technical clothing categories
