We’re supporting a fast-growing consumer brand on the search for an Amazon Activation Manager — someone who lives and breathes the Amazon ecosystem and knows how to turn insight into impact.

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind activation plans that deliver commercial results. Working within a collaborative Amazon team, you’ll bring together marketing, creative, and trading functions to ensure every launch, campaign, and event delivers exceptional results.

This is an opportunity to play a key part in shaping how the brand shows up on Amazon — from optimising product pages and managing ratings and reviews, to influencing performance strategies and testing new ways to drive conversion.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and lead cross-functional activation plans for new launches and key events.
  • Ensure best-in-class content and customer experience across product listings.
  • Partner closely with marketing and advertising teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen ratings, reviews, and overall brand perception.
  • Monitor trends, analyse performance data, and help the team stay ahead of the competition.
  • Support testing and optimisation to continually improve on-site performance.

What you’ll bring:

  • 4+ years’ experience working with Amazon (vendor or seller side).
  • Proven track record of delivering results through data-driven planning.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and commercially minded.
  • Background in a consumer-facing environment is advantageous.
