We are looking for a Head of Procurement for a growing food FMCG Business to join them.
This is a key senior leadership position, responsible for driving our global procurement strategy. You’ll lead sourcing, supplier partnerships, cost management, and sustainability initiatives to ensure they deliver high-quality, responsible, and innovative solutions to for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global procurement strategy
- Lead supplier relationship management and negotiate strategic agreements.
- Drive innovation and sustainability throughout the supply chain.
- Ensure compliance, risk management, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Operations, and Sustainability teams.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team

- Proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role, ideally within packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing.

This is a hybrid position where you will be expected to be in the office 3 days a week
