re you an experienced Business Development/ Sales professional ready to step up into a strategic, client-facing role?

We’re recruiting a Business Development Executive on behalf of a fast-growing tech-driven marketing services company supporting some of the world’s most recognised consumer brands.

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of brand strategy, campaign execution, and platform adoption — helping global clients bring their activations to life across a suite of digital and operational solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to take ownership of meaningful client relationships while developing their strategic and commercial skills.

The Role:

  • Manage daily relationships with key global clients, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction.
  • Lead brand activations and campaign delivery, coordinating with internal teams (Design, Tech, Content, Supply Chain).
  • Track account performance and use insights to improve results and guide client conversations.
  • Spot and act on upsell opportunities, supporting growth across a £1M+ client portfolio.
  • Assist senior leadership with planning, forecasting, and business reviews.
  • Handle client escalations, resolving issues quickly and proactively.
  • Support and mentor junior team members within your pod.
  • Improve internal processes and contribute to scalable customer success practices.
  • Be the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback to shape product improvements.
