Business Development Representative

We’re working with a high-growth, insights-led solutions provider in the FMCG space that’s looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to help drive UK growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career to learn from experienced mentors, gain full-cycle sales exposure, and make a tangible impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Qualify inbound leads and run outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Support Account Directors on client engagement and account growth
  • Lead discovery calls and tailor outreach to key FMCG decision-makers
  • Shadow and assist with later-stage deals to learn the full sales cycle
  • Stay on top of industry trends and product updates

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1+ year in a sales, commercial, or client-facing role
  • Confident, curious, and resilient with strong people skills
  • Familiarity with CRM and digital communication tools
  • A track record of achievement (academic, sports, or other)
