Business Development Representative
We’re working with a high-growth, insights-led solutions provider in the FMCG space that’s looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to help drive UK growth.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career to learn from experienced mentors, gain full-cycle sales exposure, and make a tangible impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Qualify inbound leads and run outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Support Account Directors on client engagement and account growth
- Lead discovery calls and tailor outreach to key FMCG decision-makers
- Shadow and assist with later-stage deals to learn the full sales cycle
- Stay on top of industry trends and product updates
What You’ll Bring:
- 1+ year in a sales, commercial, or client-facing role
- Confident, curious, and resilient with strong people skills
- Familiarity with CRM and digital communication tools
- A track record of achievement (academic, sports, or other)
