Vertical Advantage are working with a well-known international food business to recruit a talented Senior Demand Planner to join their high-performing supply chain team in Greater London.
This role is perfect for someone who loves data-driven decision-making and wants to make a real impact in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. You’ll take ownership of long term forecasting, drive the S&OP process and work cross-functionally with the wider supply chain and commercial teams.
What you’ll do:
- Build and manage accurate demand forecasts using sales and market insights
- Lead in S&OP review meetings
- Partner cross-functionally to align supply and demand plans
- Optimise stock levels and identify opportunities to improve processes
- Support strategic growth through proactive analysis and planning
- Identify and execute process improvements
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in demand planning (FMCG preferred)
- Strong analytical and Excel/ERP skills
- A collaborative, proactive approach and attention to detail
- Strong communicator, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Data driven
