The Opportunity: What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be on the front lines, converting high-quality, pre-qualified leads into long-term clients. We provide the leads; you provide the close.
- Own the Close: Take scheduled sales calls—70+ per month—set by our expert team. Your goal is the one-call close, but you will also strategically set up valuable follow-up calls when necessary.
- Deliver Value-Driven Presentations: Lead in-depth Brand Analysis Presentations, walking prospects through clear growth opportunities and expertly demonstrating precisely how our agency can transform their business.
- Maximize Sales Velocity: Be proactive! You’ll work leads and set additional calls during unscheduled hours to ensure no opportunity is missed and you consistently maximize your sales pipeline.
- CRM Mastery: Maintain meticulous records in Pipedrive, ensuring every interaction is logged, progress is tracked, and follow-ups are executed flawlessly.
- Drive Results: Meet and consistently exceed challenging monthly objectives, focusing on maximizing your closing rates and total sales volume.
- Team Commitment: Complete daily KPI reports and actively participate in regular team meetings and advanced sales trainings.
Qualifications

- Experience That Counts: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in B2B high-ticket sales, ideally with a B2B e-commerce or Amazon agency business.
- Domain Expertise: 1+ years of direct Amazon FBA experience (PPC, Brand Management, etc.). You must be able to speak the client’s language.
- Proven Closer: You have a documented history of meeting and exceeding sales targets, consistently closing high-value deals.
- Personality & Drive: High energy, an outgoing demeanour, and a competitive spirit that thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Master Communicator: Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken) with exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Integrity: A strong sense of integrity and professionalism, essential for thriving in this dynamic, high-performance role.
