International Brand Manager – EMEA
Global FMCG / Personal Care Business
Location: Central London with International Travel (Hybrid – 2 days in office)
Are you a brand builder with international flair and a passion for creating impact across diverse markets?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-paced, global FMCG business as an International Brand Manager for the EMEA region. You’ll take the lead on strategic marketing and innovation for a portfolio of well-known mass-market brands, playing a pivotal role in driving growth in both established and emerging markets.
About the Role:
Reporting to the International Marketing Manager for Europe & Africa, you’ll be the brand custodian for your portfolio across the E&A region.
Working closely with regional distributors, local agencies and global stakeholders, you’ll deliver compelling, insight-led brand plans with a strong focus on digital marketing and new product development.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role with broad scope – from digital and trade marketing to brand activation and portfolio strategy. You’ll also travel internationally to engage with partners, attend trade shows and support market launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional brand strategy and execution across EMEA
- Develop 360° marketing campaigns in partnership with agencies and distributors
- Deliver brand books, media plans and content across digital, in-store and ecommerce channels
- Champion NPD initiatives and support go-to-market execution
- Analyse market and consumer data to shape growth plans
- Manage A&P budgets, ensuring cost-effective and impactful spend
- Support commercial teams with brand tools, activation plans and presentations
What We’re Looking For:
- A commercially astute brand marketer with strong FMCG experience
- Proven success in international markets, particularly across EMEA
- Digitally savvy with experience in digital planning, content and analytics
- Confident in trade marketing, agency management, and cross-functional collaboration
- A natural relationship-builder with cultural awareness and excellent communication skills
- Energetic, proactive and comfortable with frequent travel
Preferred Background:
- FMCG, Beauty or Health categories
- Experience working with distributors and ecommerce platforms
- Strong understanding of brand P&Ls and budget management
- Educated to a high standard with a strategic and analytical mindset
