Following the acquisition of an exciting new brand, they are looking for a Junior National Account Manager to drive growth within the Discount & Wholesale channels.

 

The Role

In this role you’ll be responsible for managing key accounts across Discounters and Wholesalers and leading the go-to-market strategy for an exciting portfolio of brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-moving category, taking ownership of a P/L and driving commercial success.

 

You will:

 

Own P&L responsibility for key accounts, driving Net Sales, Trade Spend, and Marginal Income growth.

Lead customer relationships, ensuring alignment between customer needs and business strategy.

Manage business planning, forecasting, and inventory, including surplus stock control.

Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, and Trade Marketing teams to activate brands.

Drive retail transition strategies, supporting the move from wholesale into direct retail where required.

Provide key business updates and contribute to internal cross-functional initiatives.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

1-2 years of FMCG sales or account management experience, ideally within a blue-chip environment.

Experience assisting on P&L and commercial negotiations.

? A high-potential individual with strong commercial acumen and the ability to operate with autonomy.

? A solid understanding of Discount & Wholesale channels or Health & Beauty brands (desirable).

Strong Excel skills and the ability to interpret and act on commercial data.
