Following the acquisition of an exciting new brand, they are looking for a Junior National Account Manager to drive growth within the Discount & Wholesale channels.
The Role
In this role you’ll be responsible for managing key accounts across Discounters and Wholesalers and leading the go-to-market strategy for an exciting portfolio of brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-moving category, taking ownership of a P/L and driving commercial success.
You will:
? Own P&L responsibility for key accounts, driving Net Sales, Trade Spend, and Marginal Income growth.
? Lead customer relationships, ensuring alignment between customer needs and business strategy.
? Manage business planning, forecasting, and inventory, including surplus stock control.
? Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, and Trade Marketing teams to activate brands.
? Drive retail transition strategies, supporting the move from wholesale into direct retail where required.
? Provide key business updates and contribute to internal cross-functional initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
? 1-2 years of FMCG sales or account management experience, ideally within a blue-chip environment.
? Experience assisting on P&L and commercial negotiations.
? A high-potential individual with strong commercial acumen and the ability to operate with autonomy.
? A solid understanding of Discount & Wholesale channels or Health & Beauty brands (desirable).
? Strong Excel skills and the ability to interpret and act on commercial data.
