A Head of Sales is needed at a growing FMCG MarTech business, selling into brands.
The primary purpose of this role is to lead a commercial across all FMCG brand manufacturers, deliver new sales revenues and help clients grow their business; ensuring you are connected with them at a strategic level with leading CPG clients and winning new business, along with leading a high performing commercial team towards a collective target.
KEY RESPONSBILITIES

- Sales Delivery
- Achieve budgeted new sales revenues and gross margin targets
- Develop and extend strong relationships with key UK CPG and retailer clients
- Negotiate and close sales with CPG clients
- Identify client opportunities and issues and create solutions that address these
- Sales Operations
- Negotiate and prepare sales contracts and see through to completion
- Monitor market conditions and competition and keep up to date with industry trends and FMCG activity
- Build a positive team environment and develop relationships across the group to surface business and process improvement opportunities
- Partner with marketing and lead generation functions to establish successful demand generation, trade marketing, channel, and partner programs
- Leverage international client relationships where helpful and share best practices with other European sales teams
- Assist in other related activities as requested from time to time by the company
Hybrid working, 3 days a week in the office.
Experience in successfully leading a Sales Team and selling into FMCG Brands is key for this role.
cc80-90k base, 115k OTE.
