The Position:
We’re thrilled to team up with a renowned Global Spirits Brand, boasting a diverse range of both mainstream and premium labels, along with a line-up of new products about to storm the market.
With a worldwide presence, they cater to on and off-trade partners in established and emerging markets.

As the Head of Field Sales Training, your role is clear: to train and upskill all the field sales team that are situated in patches across the UK and help install the sales strategy across the team. You’ll be responsible for helping develop the team to help continue the rapid growth of the business in both the on and off trade channels. Working closely with the Head of Field Sales you will help implement the agreed strategy of the buisness into the 25+ field sales teams and play a key role in the growth of the team and business.

This role has a definded career progression path in the future with opportunity to develop at the business yourself, so will be perfect for an ambitious individual who has a passion for helping develop and coach other as well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute training for all field sales teams.
  • Be in charge of identifying where the team need upskilling and opportunities for development.
  • Work closely with the Head of Field Sales to install the sales strategy across the team.
  • Play a vital role in developing the team to give them the necessary skills to succeed in their careers.
  • Craft attention-grabbing content and be able to deliver it to engage the team.

Requirements:

  • Ideally, possess experience in Field Sales or National Accounts in the FMCG industry with management experience.
  • Have a passion for the the Drinks/FMCG industry
  • Enjoy training and developing individuals and take real pride in seeing success in their careers.
  • Demonstrate a knack for devising strategic plans to meet targets.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
