Working for a lead supplier will guarantee exposure to some of the big players in the industry. You will have the full backing of the sales team and he resources/knowledge available to help you to deliver in this role.
You will be responsible for managing a Key Grocery Account and to work closely with the team to drive growth and deliver the companies vision and create great relationships with key retailers. This role is ideal for a NAE/KAM looking to step up to a junior NAM position or a talented NAM looking to gain Grocery experience.
Responsibilities:
- Full day to day Account Management responsibility for your grocery account.
- Deliver business KPIs within your accounts.
- Delivery of the volume and value forecast and internal P&L reporting.
- Ownership of the pricing and promotional strategy.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to build support plans and execute them with customers.
- To deliver customer focus in all my interactions, acting as a Brand Ambassador, leading by example and representing the company to exceed our service and sales expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years FMCG Sales experience
- Ideally experience working on a grocery account
- Experience/Exposure managing a P&L
- Great communication skills and able to build relationships quickly
- An entrepreneurial attitude with a passion for growth and development
