Our client is a branded and own label FMCG manufacturer. They are an NPD led business and are constantly challenging the norm within their category.
As an employer they are incredibly flexible - aside from 1-2 days working from home a week on offer, the flexible hours [start early/late finish early/late] they also allow their employees to accrue over time and claim the time back in lieu [within reason – work-life balance is key to this business].
Based in Surrey – the contract is office based but with flex to work from home.
We are looking for someone to manage a Top 6 Grocery account as the Senior National Account Manager. You will be managing a predominately branded portfolio with a small proportion of own-label products. The account you will be looking after is in great shape, they are over-indexing vs the wider category and have a strong trading relationship with the buyer and retailer. With the pipeline of NPD coming out this positive performance is set to continue for the foreseeable. This role is based in Surrey [office based contract] but with the option to work from home a couple of days week.
The successful applicant
We are looking for a National Account Manager or Senior National Account Manager who has experience with Grocery accounts in the FMCG industry. You will have;
- Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach in the role, building and sustaining new long term relationships
- Financial numeracy enabling a strategically sound, financially robust proposals that exploit opportunities
Willing to commute to Surrey 3 days a week.
