Now looking for a Senior Insights Manager to join the team, with 3 direct reports and bring their knowledge to the table. 

What success looks like:

Have forecasting at the forefront, developing specific models for CRM or business performance.
Hands on approach with regards to analyses as and where needed.
Building knowledge, helping with development and coaching of those reporting into you.
Be very detailed and excellent with communication to senior team management.
Reporting on necessary KPIs and determining where adjustments are needed, being transparent with the rest of the teams.
Making use of all resources to improve on customer experience. This is achieved by collecting/combining and essentially translating data that has been collated, through shopper behaviour, competition and the market trends.

About you

  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Quantitive Marketing or other related discipline
  • Knowledgeable with SPSS/SAS as well as Cognos/SQL
  • Project management comes naturally and you are able to multi-task
  • Previous experience working with a brand and owning the forecasting element
  • Previous management experience, with a hands on approach
