The Opportunity You will be responsible for coordinating the on-time-in-full delivery of all customer orders, maintaining communication channels and proactively managing the end-to-end order process. This will involve building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also track invoice accuracy and run weekly reports for cross-departmental meetings. Resolving issues as they arise, you will ensure excellent customer service, consistent with the overall company branding.

To Interview You will have a minimum of 12 months' experience working in a head office Supply Chain environment, with demonstrable ability to work at a fast pace with challenging targets. You will need to discuss your experience of customer and/or 3PL relationship management at interview and screening stage. Professionals with experience in the FMCG sector will be preferred.
