You’re an experienced as a Customer Service Coordinator would look something like this:
- Previous experience working within Customer Service in the FMCG industry
- Understanding and experience of the order processing function
- Experience with using ERP systems (SAP, Navision, JD Edwards etc)
- Account management – client engagement
Your New Role:
You’ll be working for an exciting international FMCG brand within the Food Industry as a Customer Service Coordinator and will be based in their London Office.
The key purpose of a Customer Service Coordinator is to process orders and communicate to the warehouse team to arrange deliveries times, provide excellent customer service to clients and customers of the business and work closely with the sales team and 3PL’s to track deliveries.
The organisation is rapidly growing and needs additional support within their Customer Service Team. You will be really adding value within their team and will actively be looking to improve processes within the business.
